We Share Feelings is part of our lifetime work of reflection on our human existence.

We are Dri and Alex (→ about us), two people genuinely fascinated by the depths of human emotional experience.

This project emerged from our shared belief that stories lie inside all of us — some forgotten through pain or shame, others overlooked in their quiet beauty, many revealing parts of ourselves we're only beginning to understand.

We're building a community of people willing to share their inner worlds and creating tools that support human self-awareness, healing, and expansion.

Our work is rooted in the conviction that emotional exploration, when done with honesty and care, becomes a bridge to greater understanding — both of ourselves and our shared humanity.

So why would you share your reflections with us?

We Share Feelings invites you to transform this personal discovery into something greater. You could help normalise open conversations about feelings while offering a unique perspective that could open new paths of understanding for others. You can participate by sending us your reflections as audio format (click the button below to read the instructions).

Your audio recordings might be featured on our dedicated website and/or podcast channel, accessible to anyone seeking to understand emotions more deeply. By sharing your response, you get to have your voice heard, you can do so anonymously or not — your choice — and have the opportunity to create genuine human connection — your experience might deeply resonate with someone going through a similar emotional journey.

Your privacy is fully respected — you choose whether to share anonymously or not.

We want to reveal that none of us are alone in our emotional experiences, providing fresh ways to name and process feelings while finding inspiration in how others navigate similar challenges.

Currently, we accept contributions in Portuguese, English, and German, but we plan to expand to more languages soon to embrace diverse emotional experiences from different cultures worldwide.

We Share Feelings because every emotion is part of our universal human experience.
